The composers are making these songs freely available because they love music, and wish to share it around. Enjoy! and respect the kind heart out of which they are donating the fruits of their creative endeavours. |

If you are a composer, please consider contributing your own compositions to this site. I am sure there's a lot of good music sitting around in people's computers, or in shoe boxes under the bed, which the world would be better for hearing (and singing). Click here to find out how you can contribute. "When you come together, everyone has a hymn,
or a word of instruction, a revelation, a tongue or an interpretation.

The songs are available in various formats, indicated by the different columns below.
TEXT: All will have a set of words (and usually chords) in a text file (usually .rtf format, which can be opened by any word processor). Simply double-click on the file to open it.
SCORE: Some songs will have been written and arranged with the music composition program Noteworthy Composer. You cannot play these songs by clicking on the file - instead you have to download the file to your computer (click on the title with the right button of your mouse, and choose "Save Target"). You can obtain a free copy of the Noteworthy Composer viewer at www.noteworthysoftware.com/nwc2/viewer.htm This allows you to open, view and print the score. If you are a composer, I thoroughly recommend Noteworthy. It is very cheap by comparison to any other composition software, far more intuitive than most, and has all the features you would need to compose and play a music score.
MIDI: Some songs will have MIDI files, so you can hear what they sound like. A MIDI file can usually be opened simply by double-clicking on it (it will open in a program such as Windows Media Player, Quicktime, or Real Player, depending on how you have set up your computer). The file can be saved to your computer's hard disk by clicking on the title with the right button of your mouse, and choosing "Save Target". You can also open MIDI files in most music composition programs, such as Noteworthy Composer (see below). This allows you to see and print the sheet music.
MP3: Some songs have demonstration mp3 files of the song performed (usually just a small portion). Double-click on the title to play, or right-click as above to save to your hard disk.

"Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ." (Ephesians 5:19-20)
